Payment
Payment in all cases must accompany the order. The following methods of payment are accepted:
UK Bank Cheque, Access, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocrd or Eurocheque.
For cheque payments received by post, we reserve the right to clear them with the bank. Please allow 5 working days for this procedure.
Payment by cheque over the counter requires accompanying cheque guarantee card.
Payments by Visa or Access (Cardnet) over the telephone or through the post receive immediate authorisation. Please ensure that we receive the following information:
1. Full name of the card holder.
2. Full address at which the card is registered.
3. Card number.
4. Expiry date.
5. A telephone number if possible in case of any technical hitch re authorisation.
Carriage
Carriage is chargeable at cost with dispatch being at the most economical means unless otherwise requested.
We have an excellent next day delivery service at a special rate of £9.00 up to 25kg in weight using Omega
Securicor. Please ensure, however, that the delivery address is occupied during weekday delivery hours as parcels will not be left unsigned. If this is a problem maybe a friendly neighbour or a business address could be an alternative.
Alternatively, we can use normal Parcel Post who if unable to deliver will request collection from your local depot.
Small items up to 1kg will be sent by Letter Post if small enough. Please include full carriage or telephone for advice. Any overpayment will be refunded.
Dispatch of stock goods is normally the same day however depends upon our business hours which are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm Closed Saturday &
Sunday.
